After working together for over 40 years, National Pacific Insurance (NPI) is now 100% part of the Tower kāinga. So you’ll start to see more from Tower over the next few months and can look forward to new, easier ways to manage your insurance online.
While the name above the door will change, you’ll still see the same friendly faces. They might just be wearing a different uniform.
Who is Tower?
Tower has taken care of Kiwi and Pacific communities for over 140 years. And together, we’re excited to continue our legacy of care and support.
- Dedicated to the Pacific. Starting in New Zealand, Tower now cares for seven other countries across the Pacific too – with local teams ready to help when you need it.
- Thinking Ahead. Tower’s always thinking about what’s next, using data and technology to transform the way we do things for our communities.
- Championing sustainability. Tower works with communities and councils on climate education, sharing our environmental data to help create a more sustainable future.
What does this change mean for me?
When you renew or take out car, contents or house cover, you’ll get a new Tower policy. While some policies, including any that cover your business, will stay under NPI unless we let you know otherwise.
There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll give you a heads up about our new Tower policies when it’s time to renew your cover, so you know it’s coming.
